A:The numbers that you're seeing on your screen reffer to USD United States Dollar pricing (and no, we don't do international sales).
Q:Can I buy a a bunch of these at wholesale?
A:Nope, not anymore... Once a cusomer ordered almost $1,000 of wholesale product and it took us 4 days to put it all together and our cost of goods came out to about $875 which left us with a profit of $125 for four long days of hard work. Sorry, but our pricing structure was designed so that the consumer didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. That doesn't mean we have to go without supper or electricity in order to do it. If you can find the same quality and get it at better prices then go for it... Understand that most of those companies have filed bankruptcy and are no longer in business anymore for a reason...
Q:Where's my order? Why hasn't it come yet?
A:Did you get your confirmation email with the order details? If you didn't, maybe you didn't put the correct email address in the order form. Maybe your credit card was declined and we were unable to send you a notification. If you don't have the email with the returned tracking number then the only thing we can do is see if we can search for your name. If your name is John Smith or something common then you better buckle up and wait as we hunt for your information. If that doesn't work then I guess you'll just have to hold on a bit longer till we can get more clues.
Q:Why do my oils come in plastic bottles?
A: Do you want to pay the one pound rate to ship a plastic bottle or would you like to pay the two pound rate to ship a heavier package with glass bottles? In most cases we usually ship essential oils in glass. Why? Because some people use them for things other than just making perfumes. Some use them in cooking food and sometimes the potency of the essential oil can be strong enough to cause the plastic bottle to melt. After doing lots of research we've determined the qualities of our different oils and packaged them appropriately. Even though fragrance oils are made with herbal components, they don't run the risk of getting damaged or deteriorated when packed in an HDPE plastic bottle. Therefore, we don't have to pass a huge shipping cost on to you using glass and extra packaging materials. Again, we want you to get the most for your money and do our best to adjust things accordingly.
Q: All I wanted was a bumper sticker. Why so much for postage?
A: Well, we used to mail things the cheapest way we could when we first started selling over the internet. But after we got burned by people who ordered products, got them mailed, and then lied to us saying they never got it, we had to change things. We needed to use a system that provided us a method of tracking with delivery confirmation to ensure that we could put a stop to this reckless behavior. I guess the bottom line is, learn what the minimum postage rate is for your area and make better use of the weight instead of paying $4.85 for us to ship a $.99 cent item. Besides, if you want to shop in a dollar store go to one downtown. Our goal is to sell a quality product at outrageously low prices. It's hard to do that when a dishonest person steals from you.
Q: I'm Christian and I don't like dealing with non-Christian companies?
A: Oddly enough, Rick was baptized Catholic but his elemental, spiritual, and herbal studies have taken him far and beyond his initial path. His philosophy is to help teach those who are tired of using synthetic chemicals a better way to live on this planet we call Earth. What you believe in doesn't matter as long as your goal isn't to destroy the things we all need to live such as Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. And let's not forget the human Spirit also called the Soul. And as for Wynn? He’s a fully ordained Old Catholic Church Archbishop who does weekly Sunday mass here in Dallas, TX.
Q:I live in Nigeria and I’d like to order 50 of your spiritual information CD’s How do I go about doing this? I want to use my credit card.
A:Since the rate of credit card fraud is so high in your country, we would gladly make 50 copies of the product, and ship it to you once we have received a certified check in our hands that we deposit. From there, the items can be shipped once the check clears our bank. Why? Because this proves that your a legitimate customer not seeking to “beat the system” with some kind of identity theft.
Q:I bought a container of your salve and I don’t like the way it smells. I’d like to return it. What should I do?
A:Many of our products are made to order and shipped with shrink wrap or tamper evident seals. If the seal has been broken there’s no way that we could re-stock and sell it to someone else. We don’t think you’d like us to sell a bottle of used massage oil to one of your family members, so for sanitary purposes, we can’t accept returns of this type. Keep in mind that many of the healing products are sold just for that “healing” not to smell pretty. For example, cinnamon essential oil might smell wonderful to you but a single drop on your forehead without a carrier oil will result in a red irritated bruise when applied directly to skin. It’s important to understand this and we recommend that you do your homework before making your purchase. Items that are returned un-opened in their original condition along with an RMA number can be refunded. In an effort to keep product costs as low as possible, we can’t refund the shipping charges.
Q:I bought all of these different spiritual votive candles but I don’t know how to use them. You didn’t include directions with my package.
A:Sadly, we can’t go into detail on the spiritual use of candle magic. But you can research your questions more with our online Wiki KnowledgeBase System. We can tell you that each of them is hand-made with lots of effort and many of the same ingredients have been used for centuries to help obtain the desired purpose and effect. The most we can recommend is to trim the wick to 1/4” and be sure to burn it in a fire-safe container. Most people burn them entirely in one session without extinguishing the flame.
Q: You condone homosexuality and that’s disgusting, sinful and an abomination.
A: Is it a sin to be a heterosexual and have sex with children instead of adults? If so, then kindly show me the statistical numbers that indicate gay men and women out-number the heterosexual community on this.
What people do with the plumbing between their legs in the privacy of their home has nothing to do with the ability to care, love, and teach others a little kindness.
Does the word abomination equate to sin and if so please indicate the biblical passage that says this!
Bottom line, all hearts are red regardless what kind of body they come out of. What you think of us is none of our business until the worlds leave your mouth. You obviously have a near-sighted outlook on spirituality and it's not our job to teach you how to love your neighbor, love your creator, or love yourself.
As a Christian, you also learned that “He without sin should cast the first stone...” Does this mean that you’re superior and you have permission to perform this judgment upon others? Or, by invoking this form of judgment, did you just commit your own karmic no-no?
Shame on you!... Maybe you should stop worrying about the people around you and focus on your own personal growth. I personally take full responsibility for the things I do. Do you? Or do you wait until nobody’s looking to seek your kinky interests and desires?
Q:Are these essential oils organic? How are they made?
A:Our essential oils are usually made with a steam distillation process. In doing so, and because of the high heat needed for this process To date, there are very few merchants that claim to be organic but there is little in government documentation to prove it with a standardized certification process. Furthermore, those who claim to be organic, charge 3 to 4 times the usual price for their product but do not provide fail-safe proof that the entire batch really is organic. Herbal components for essential oils come from all over the world and this organic claim has not been standardized. Worse, some of our competition (which you can find in popular organic based stores, that our lawyers won't let us name) also get their wholesale base product from the same exact supplier that we do. Imagine that !!!
